THE FRENCH SELECTION AT THE 2017 PRODUCTION FINANCE MARKET
Tuesday 10 October 2017
In 2017, the Ile-de-France Film Commission and Film London renewed their partnership agreement, laying the foundations for a collaboration, in order to develop a common objective: the promotion of their respective regions among national and international productions.
In this context, the Ile-de-France Film Commission is a partner of the eleventh edition of the Production Finance Market (PFM), organized by Film London, which takes place in London on October 10 and 11 2017. Each year this event brings together nearly 150 producers and financiers, allowing the sixty projects presented to find new financing during specific meetings organized for their producers.
Four French projects presented by the Ile-de-France Film Commission have been selected by the Film London-PFM committee and their producers are invited to London to take part in this event:
KILOMETER 388, directed by Eric DUCHER & Gautier ABOUT. Produced by Constance CARDON – STUDIO KREMLIN
THE GIANT, directed by David RABOY. Produced by Gary FARKAS, Clément LEPOUTRE, Olivier MULLER and Julie MATHIEU – VIXIENS
TUMBLING DICE, directed by Nick MOORE. Produced by Guillaume BENSKI – SUPERBE FILMS
UKIYO, THE REALM OF A FLOATING WORLD, directed by Guillaume FOIREST. Produced by Corentin SENECHAL and Vanessa RAONBORDES – ACIS PRODUCTIONS
Participants will also be able to attend pitch sessions of international projects and various case studies.

Long Way North directed by Rémi Chayé, produced by Sacrebleu Productions (released in December 2015)
